Consultations, design concepts, proposals and estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after inspection, final selections, product availability or the discovery of hidden conditions. All design and renovation work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement will apply.
Older and Historic Properties
Older homes may conceal conditions such as deteriorated masonry, outdated wiring or plumbing, or materials that require special handling. Some properties are subject to historic district guidelines or local reviews. We will discuss any such findings with you and agree on changes in writing before proceeding. Homeowners are responsible for approvals that their property requires, and we will provide reasonable documentation to support those applications.
Scheduling, Weather and Site Conditions
Project schedules depend on permits, inspections, product delivery, weather and site access. Exterior and masonry work may need to be scheduled around Maryland's seasons, as some materials require suitable temperatures to cure properly. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Financing, Warranties and Third Parties
Information about financing and warranty plans is general guidance only. Financing is provided by independent lenders and warranty plans by their providers, each under their own terms and approval processes. We do not guarantee approval, rates or coverage. Manufacturer warranties are provided by manufacturers, and any workmanship warranty we offer is set out in your written project agreement.
